Hannagala Gamage, Jeeva Chandane Pushpakumari Cyclic temperature and humidity effects on bond between CFRP and concrete One of the most important characteristics of CFRP-strengthened concrete members is their endurance in the operating environment. In the application of CFRP as an external retrofitting technique, strength and performance of the system are directly influenced by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. However, the system should also be able to withstand mechanical forces on it under varying long term environmental conditions. Therefore, the evaluation of the effects of simultaneous exposure to both mechanical stresses and environmental factors is a critical issue. This thesis contains detail numerical and experimental analysis on long-term bond performance of cfrp strengthened concrete members.
