This investigation is part of a larger research project focusing on the education, career progression, job content and reward perceptions of production/operations managers and quality managers. Our investigation shows that quality managers are not a homogeneous group and the five quality managers studied have been classified as The Pragmatist, The Conventionalist, The Commercialist, The Opportunist and The Specialist. 2017-06-07 05:49:43 1998 monash:7149 1959.1/36871
