BENESPERI, IACOPO Novel hole transporting materials for perovskite solar cells In the face of climate changes, moving towards energy production from renewable sources is becoming more and more urgent and solar energy production will play a key role in humankind’s future. Nowadays, silicon-based solar panels still require a non-negligible initial investment and are limited in the range of applications. To overcome this, new generations of solar panels are being studied that are made from inexpensive materials and which will allow ubiquitous and highly performing use of solar panels. During my thesis I have designed, developed and tested new materials for the fabrication of this future generation of solar panels. solar cell;transition metal complex;hole transporting material;Photodetectors, Optical Sensors and Solar Cells;Organic Chemistry 2017-11-26
