Fatigue in parents with unsettled infants WILSONNATHAN ANDREW 2018 This thesis explored a number of aspects of the experience of fatigue among parents of infants with unsettled infant behaviours, such as persistent sleep and settling difficulties. Firstly, the research explored how fatigue can be accurately measured among parents with unsettled infants. Secondly, the research examined the differences between depression and fatigue symptoms among these parents. Thirdly, this research investigated how a brief residential early parenting program can help reduce fatigue and other psychological distress symptoms among these parents. This research will aid in the development of better assessment and treatment of fatigue symptoms among parents with unsettled infants.
