Microstructural characterisation and control of perovskite solar cells MATHIAS ULLER ROTHMANN 10.26180/5beb8c04ca948 https://bridges.monash.edu/articles/thesis/Microstructural_characterisation_and_control_of_perovskite_solar_cells/7336265 This thesis examines a range of perovskite solar cell materials using electron microscopes. Protocols are developed to limit the damaging effects of the high-energy electron beams, and as a result, previously unseen crystallographic properties are described. These are correlated with the overall solar cell performance, showing that a perfect cubic crystal structure with no ordered defects provides the best solar cell performance in the materials studied. 2018-11-14 02:44:19 Perovskite solar cells Electron microscopy Materials science Photodetectors, Optical Sensors and Solar Cells Applied Physics
