These relationships were mediated by the influence of the cultural impact of religion, social, employment, education, and economy. Employees from a specific public organisation were the participants of this study after finishing a training course in an external academic training department. The results showed the importance of trainees’ attitudes toward job commitment, work support, self-efficacy, and learning motivation in training satisfaction.
