Nitika Kandhari: Data Fluency digital toolkit poster- Minor prize
I presented this poster at Data Fluency End of Year seminar. This poster was selected for a minor prize by a judging panel comprised of Library and Data Fluency staff.
The title of this project is: "Finding alternative polyadenylation signatures as cancer biomarkers". I am trying to identify APA signatures that are specific to Triple Negative Breast Cancer cells that can be used as novel prognostic biomarkers with clinical utility.
This poster outlines the toolkit that I use for my research, some figures I generated using these and the tools I am interested in learning in the future.
