Wolf at Harp is a work that examines stylistic difference in improvisation using a graphic score to guide performers ideas. Four different styles of drummer (indie rock, jazz/swing, classical percussion and heavy/death metal) read the score whilst freely allowing their own style to permeate the piece. The work was commissioned by the MONA FOMA Festival, where it was premiered.

"a beautiful and textural piece that brings together four drummers - disciples of differing drumming worlds - swing, indie, classical and technical metal. Cat created a notation that allowed for improvisation and breadth" Josh Santospirito, Drive West Today, 2010.
